We ship to many cities in the world but currently there may be some delays in processing and delivery of orders outside of the expected delivery times stated below. Taxes & Duties

ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

Returns Policy

We offer our customers the option to return unused products within 14 days of purchase. Certain products are non-refundable (including, but not limited to, “Sale” items). “Sale” items including, but not limited to, sale items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, etc.

In addition, if we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through robot or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion to refuse any of such return request and/or to charge a restocking fee.

For all returns, please contact info@portsv.com with your order number. The packaging must be intact and the product must be new, unused with all tags attached. Shipping costs incurred for returns are bore by the customers, unless items received are faulty.

Please note that returns without proper documentation, packaging and/or materials cannot be accommodated.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PORTS V. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Shipping fee can only be refunded as store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from issue date.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days upon receiving of the items at our warehouse to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
